We want you to feel comfortable with your softlight eyewear.

If for any reason your softlight eyewear isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items should be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact us at joey@softlight.co with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
