About the lens

Most tinted glasses are sunglasses - too dark to wear at a desk or after dark.

softlight's lens is different: a warm amber tint that's light enough to keep on indoors, in front of a screen, or out in the evening. It shifts cool, blue-white light toward something warmer, and it blocks UV.

We don't claim it changes your eyesight or your sleep, and we won't pretend it does.

People wear softlight because they like how it looks - and because a warm tint is easy to live in. That's the whole pitch, and we think it's a better one than the usual promises.
